If you are in the market place for a brand new cellular handset you may be looking at the various cellular phone product lines. Such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint Cell Phones. But which one do you decide on, this all would rely on the carrier you want as mobile phones are routinely locked to the specific carrier it was branded for. Hence, if you buy a Sprint cellular phone you will need to be using Sprint service, buy a Verizon cell phone and you will need to be using Verizon’s cell phone service and so-on. As soon as you decide on a carrier you can now decide on a cellular phone, be it a smart phone or your typical cell phone go for whatever appeals to you, if you are like me than chances are that you will be investing quite a bit of time on it.

Cellular phones have now become so much more than just chatter equipment, cell phones are able to take photographs, play video clips (and videogames !), create e-mail, surf the internet, and help one get around the city or even get to one. Even though the label persists, most mobile phones are really convergence devices, a class of personal electronics envisioned some twenty to 30 years ago (or even further back, if one is to take into account comics and cartoons) that may do just about anything necessary. In another decade or two, we may perhaps even expect advanced sensors built in to diagnose well-known ailments!
